My Journey
My journey into digital learning started in 2009, working as a teacher in vocational education, when I realized how powerful well-designed learning experiences could be. Since then, I’ve worked with clients across industries — including healthcare, education, and internationally operating organizations — creating courses that not only inform, but engage.
I believe in starting with the real problem and designing solutions that are simple, human, and effective. I’m proud to be recognized as an Articulate Super Hero, and I actively share and support others in the E-Learning Heroes community.
Customers across the globe
Working with customers across the globe has taught me a lot about different cultures — not just in how people learn, but in how they communicate, collaborate, and connect. It’s made me more open-minded, more flexible, and ultimately, a better team player.
That global perspective doesn’t stop when I log off. It finds its way into my kitchen — my favorite room in the house. It’s where I cook for family and friends, experiment with new flavors, and bring people together. A place where good stories are told, laughter is shared, and there’s always a seat at the table — often with a glass of wine 😉

We engaged Paul to develop a Code of Conduct e-learning course to support our new documentation. We are a global company with 17,000 employees in 25+ countries, which means that the elearning needs to appeal to a large variety of employees. Together with Paul we developed a very nice product.
